I/We understand and agree that DPO or its partners or any Government bureaux/departments has the sole and absolute discretion to: (a) use or share among themselves the information provided; and (b) publicise such information except those which are specifically stated in this form as "for Government internal reference only". I/We shall not claim against DPO or its partners or the Government for damages arising from such use, sharing and publication. The Government owes no obligation to a company/organisation that submitted a proposal, and shall not be responsible for any cost incurred by the company/organisation for the preparation of the proposal.
