ConVoice™ is an on-premise, fully offline AI-based meeting transcription and minutes-generation system designed for privacy-sensitive, high-security environments, with no cloud dependency.
Combining on-device Cantonese–English, Mandarin-English mixed-language speech-to-text (i.e., STT, ASR, Voice-to-text),voiceprint recognition (i.e.,speaker separation/diarization), and local LLM, it can rea-ltime transcribe “who-said-what” with time-stamps and produces AI-generated Minutes with multiple selective templates.
With add-on modules, hybrid meetings (physical + online participants via Zoom/Teams/Webex/VooV) can be supported. Additional client add-ons allow PC/laptop access over intranet/LAN for convenient remote operation. Multiple deployment models are available, enabling governments and enterprises to scale according to meeting room count, concurrency needs and meeting formats (in-person or hybrid).
