Technology Forum - Workflow Revolution – Smarter Processes, Greater Efficiency
The Digital Policy Office (DPO), Hong Kong Cyberport, the Hong Kong Productivity Council, and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation jointly organise a series of technology forums for industry players to share their innovative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and success stories, and how such solutions can help enhance the quality of public services.
The AI+ Civil Services Technology Forum Series (3), themed on Workflow Revolution – Smarter Processes, Greater Efficiency, will be held in hybrid mode. Expert speakers will share how AI technologies can assist in document management and processing, facilitate workflow management and automation, and their successful experience. Moreover, participants will be offered opportunity to network with the experts, exchange ideas, and explore innovative solutions that can achieve high standard service delivery.
