Proposed applications include preparing draft documents, summarising reference materials and coordinating routine tasks, with staff reviewing outputs before use (human-in-the-loop).

Proposed pilot: a departmental administrative team uses Proxa OS to summarise supplied reference documents, prepare draft correspondence and reports, and coordinate recurring administrative tasks. Staff review and approve outputs before external use. The pilot would use agreed samples or non-sensitive materials and evaluate output quality, time saved and suitability for departmental workflows. This is a proposed use case, not a claim of an existing deployment.
