Since these inspections depend heavily on human judgement, results are inconsistent and incomplete, making it difficult to accurately understand infrastructure conditions. This uncertainty leads to inefficient maintenance planning, delayed interventions, and the inefficient use of public resources.

Developed entirely in Hong Kong by a team of young local professionals, the Intelligent Infrastructure Assessment System (iIAS) provides a smarter alternative. By integrating advanced hardware, artificial intelligence, and proprietary algorithms, iIAS enables faster, safer, and more accurate infrastructure assessments, enabling organisation better evaluate asset conditions and manage infrastructure more effectively.
