AiX is a self‑hosted, enterprise‑governed AI automation platform developed locally in Hong Kong for both business and IT teams. It enables organisations to choose their own AI models and use internal data under full security and governance, addressing common adoption challenges such as fragmented systems, limited AI skills, and pilots that fail to progress into production. AiX provides three key capabilities: a) Enterprise Knowledge Base that centralises documents and data from file uploads, SharePoint, OneDrive, and databases; b) AI Assistant that delivers governed, bilingual natural‑language chatbots within minutes; c) Smartflow, a no‑code automation engine that streamlines and automates operational tasks with scheduler. Enquiry, Information Access & Knowledge Support: AiX allows users to retrieve accurate information instantly from internal documents, policies, SOPs, and knowledge materials using natural‑language queries in Chinese or English. Users can also upload a single dataset (such as an Excel file) and ask questions directly to obtain quick insights with simple charts without needing any technical skills. By centralising organisational knowledge into one governed platform, AiX helps staff locate information faster, respond more consistently, and onboard new team members more efficiently.

2. Email and Message Handling: AiX can automatically classify incoming emails or messages, draft suggested replies, and extract important details such as names, dates, case references, and follow‑up actions. These workflows reduce manual processing time and ensure that enquiries are directed to the right teams promptly. Automated processes can also run on a schedule to maintain consistent handling during busy periods.
