棚架倾斜检测系统
This solution installs high‑precision tilt sensors (MEMS accelerometers/inclinometers) at key nodes of scaffolding to monitor changes in inclination angle in real time. When the tilt exceeds the preset safety threshold (e.g., 2 degrees), the system sends alerts to the site management platform and supervisors via wireless networks, and can trigger on‑site audible and visual alarms to evacuate personnel promptly and carry out reinforcement, effectively preventing scaffold collapse accidents.

Strong winds and water erosion can easily cause scaffolding connection points to loosen, foundations to settle, or the entire structure to tilt. Should scaffolding collapse, it would not only cause casualties among site workers but could also strike pedestrians, vehicles, and surrounding buildings on the street below, leading to serious safety incidents and substantial compensation liabilities.
Traditional practice relies on safety officers conducting daily visual inspections. However, subtle changes in tilt (e.g., 1‑2 degrees) are difficult to detect with the naked eye, often giving no warning before collapse. This solution installs high‑precision MEMS tilt sensors at multiple critical nodes of scaffolding (such as base support points, mid‑level connection points, and top crossbars) to monitor tilt angle changes in real time at a frequency of once per minute. When the tilt angle of any node exceeds the safety threshold (e.g., exceeding 2 degrees), the system immediately pushes alerts via wireless networks (LoRa / 4G) to the site management platform and the mobile phones of responsible personnel. It can also trigger on‑site audible and visual alarms to instantly evacuate personnel from under and around the scaffolding. Managers can remotely view historical data curves for each sensor to assess tilt trends (gradual deterioration or sudden impact) and decide whether to take reinforcement measures or proceed with emergency dismantling, minimising disaster risks.
