When submitting expense reimbursements, staff are required to provide a large number of invoices and fill out detailed information of each invoice item by item on reimbursement forms. Seeyon OA platform delivers an electronic process solution. When employees upload invoice attachments, the system can automatically identify details including invoice amount, currency and transaction date, and populate such data into electronic forms automatically, eliminating the workload of manually entering detailed information for numerous invoices during reimbursement.
