1. We runs training programmes and organizes a variety of music promotional activities. For recruitment of some training programmes, qualified applicants to recruitment for training programmes will be invited to attend an Admission Test which comprises a simple Music Aptitude Test and an interview. For recruitment of some music activities, audition video will be submitted in the online application. Intensive man power is required during these recruitment period.
2. On completion of training programmes, online questionnaire would be sent to trainees. The result of the questionnaires need to be analysis manually. There is IT system to support the management of business operations for staff including on-line recruitment of music training courses and music camp. The system also provides e-Services to the public including online course application, online payment and trainee portal. Manual process is required to input Admission Test result into the system.
3. There is a portal page to provide information and promote training programmes and music activities, enhancing IT system and portal page with the use of artificial intelligence is required.

Expected Outcomes
1. For audition video submitted during recruitment of music activities, apply AI to assess intonation, rhythm, etc. and generate rating.
2. Introduce AI tools to support Aptitude Test and Interview for E1 music course admission.
2.1 AI Tools for Aptitude Test with Audio analysis software on Pitch detection, Rhythm analysis and Tone quality, tools can
i. Tonal Memory Test: AI plays melodic patterns; applicant sings them back
ii. Rhythm Echo Test: AI claps patterns; applicant claps them back
iii. Pitch Discrimination: AI plays two notes; applicant identifies if second is higher/lower
2.2 AI to provide visual analysis of the applicant’s physical requirements for musical performance, assisting examiners in assessing course suitability.
3. Use AI tools to help trainees improving their skills and providing support while they are practicing. AI tracks improvement in Accuracy (fewer wrong notes over time), Speed (tempo increases) and Consistency (less variation between attempts).
4. Use of AI to analyse and generate summaries of questionnaire to response from attended music course trainee.
5. AI Chatbot on the portal page to handle FAQs. Recommend and promote training programmes and music activities. Answer with voice over is required.
