AI+ Civil Services Technology Forum: Empowering Public Service Transformation through AI Tools (II) Deepening Data & Information Insights to Transform Citizen Services
The Digital Policy Office (DPO), the Hong Kong Productivity Council, Hong Kong Cyberport, and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation jointly organise a series of AI+ Civil Services Technology Forums for government departments and industry players to share their innovative AI solutions and success stories, while exploring how to more effectively enhance the quality and efficiency of public services.
The new series of forums, themed on Empowering Public Service Transformation through AI Tools, will be held in hybrid mode. Expert speakers will share practical AI strategies and success stories to transform public services through data-driven analysis. Moreover, participants will be offered opportunity to interact with the experts, exchange ideas, and explore how to leverage the industry's innovative solutions to advance public service development.
