Technology Forum - Embracing AI Series: A Journey into Natural Language Processing
The then Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, the then Efficiency Office, Hong Kong Cyberport, the Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation jointly organise a series of technology forums for industry players to share their innovative information technology (IT) solutions and success stories, and how such solutions can help enhance the quality of public services.
The 18th Technology Forum, themed on “Embracing AI Series: A Journey into Natural Language Processing” was held in hybrid mode - physically and online. Expert speakers shared their insights into how to unleash the potential of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance public services and improve operational efficiency in their daily work. Moreover, participants networked with the AI experts, exchanged ideas, and explored innovative solutions that can enhance public service delivery.
