The Department is looking for an online examination and proctoring system, which can: i) provide a web-based online examination platform for hundreds of candidates to conduct written test simultaneously, and have sufficient security measures to avoid the examination paper from being copied easily; and ii) let proctors remotely and effectively monitor the candidates’ conduct during the examination, while yet maintaining the balance of candidates’ privacy and proctors’ efficiency.
