Solution Description

Traditional building inspections rely heavily on manual surveys and scaffolding, resulting in increased safety risks, longer inspection periods and higher costs. To address these challenges, Swift Cruise has developed an AI building inspection solution that combines drone operations, high-resolution photography, infrared thermal imaging and AI defect analysis platform. AI detects façade and internal defects such as cracks, water seepage, concrete spalling and hollow areas without the need for scaffolding. Inspection data is automatically analysed and compiled into professional reports, which are reviewed and signed by Registered Inspectors or Authorized Persons.
