Solution Description

FileCloud x NetApp Secure Private Collaboration Hub is a self-hosted enterprise file sharing and collaboration solution for organisations that require control over their data, deployment environment and user access. The solution combines FileCloud’s enterprise file collaboration platform with a NetApp ONTAP-based data platform, enabling authorised users to access, share and collaborate on organisational files through supported web, desktop and mobile access methods while the solution remains within a customer-controlled environment.

FileCloud provides controlled sharing, granular access permissions, metadata management, workflow automation, retention policy functions, digital rights management and data loss prevention capabilities. NetApp provides the data platform for storing and managing the solution’s content. ATech acts as the submitting organisation, public contact and solution integrator, coordinating requirement assessment, architecture, implementation, integration, testing, handover and optional migration services. These capabilities are designed to support implementation of selected access-control and information-handling principles in the IT Security Guidelines [G3], including least privilege, controlled access to information, user access management, information access restriction, remote access safeguards and auditability. Alignment for each deployment remains subject to organisational policy, system classification, security risk assessment, configuration and acceptance. Final architecture, capacity, licensing, security controls, implementation scope, migration approach and support arrangements are subject to customer discovery and validation by the respective technology providers.

FileCloud x NetApp 安全私有文件協作與數據管控平台，是一套自行託管的企業文件共享及協作方案，適合需要掌控數據、部署環境及使用者存取權限的機構。方案結合 FileCloud 企業文件協作平台及建基於 NetApp ONTAP 的數據平台，讓獲授權使用者透過支援的網頁、桌面及流動存取方式，安全存取、分享及協作處理機構文件，同時讓系統保留於客戶控制的環境內。FileCloud 提供受控分享、細緻存取權限、元數據管理、工作流程自動化、保留政策、數碼權限管理及數據外洩防護等功能。NetApp 為方案內容提供數據平台。ATech 作為提交機構、公開聯絡點及方案整合商，協調需求評估、架構、實施、整合、測試、交接及可選的數據遷移服務。 相關功能旨在支援《資訊科技保安指引 [G3]》內指定的存取控制及資料處理原則，包括最小權限、受控資料存取、使用者存取管理、資料存取限制、遙距存取保障及審計能力。每個部署的實際對應程度，仍須按部門政策、資訊系統分類、保安風險評估、系統配置及驗收結果而定。最終系統架構、容量、授權、安全控制、實施範圍、遷移方式及支援安排，須按客戶需求分析及相關技術供應商的驗證結果而定。
