Solution Description

ViraLinq proposes an AI-assisted, evidence-led approach to help officers process license applications more efficiently without unnecessarily replacing existing systems. The solution organises application documents into a clear case view, extracts agreed information, checks completeness and consistency, identifies missing or conflicting information, and directs exceptional cases to officers for further manual review. Each important finding remains connected to its original source so officers can verify the evidence. The solution adapts to the department’s current environment: where processing is largely manual it can assist with intake and vetting; where OCR or digital intake already exists it can focus on verification and exception handling; and where existing workflow systems are mature it can operate alongside them rather than replace them. Final decisions remain with authorised officers.
