A bilingual (English / Traditional Chinese) cloud platform that manages the full lifecycle of public-facing events, member registries and visitor access from a single system.

Members and the public register online through a branded, mobile-first page with time-slot selection, tiered eligibility and promotion codes. Each confirmed registration issues a QR-coded e-ticket or badge; on the day, staff scan to admit, with duplicate-use detection and live capacity counts.

Registrations may require approval before confirmation, and every state change triggers a bilingual email notification.

An administrative back office covers the rest: member records with activity history and fast filtered search, event capacity and inventory, printable badges in multiple sizes, an email campaign builder with separate content and design editing, mobile preview and open tracking, invoice and receipt generation with automatic numbering and status tracking, and dashboards on registration volume, attendance rate and no-shows.

The platform is server-rendered for accessibility and low-bandwidth resilience, serves every page in both official languages from one content source, holds all uploads in private storage with per-request authorisation, and applies a per-request Content Security Policy. It is delivered as a managed cloud service with no client-side software to install.
