Drone-powered Façade and Window Cleaning Solution
This solution uses unmanned aerial systems (UAS) equipped with precision nozzles, cameras, and cleaning agents to clean building façades and windows, eliminating the need for scaffolding, gondolas, or rope access. The drones deliver consistent pressure and coverage, improve cleaning safety, and significantly reduce labour and equipment costs. It is especially suitable for high-rise structures, tight urban spaces, and sensitive sites where traditional methods are slow, expensive, or risky.

This drone-based cleaning system improves public service delivery by making high-rise façade maintenance significantly safer, faster, and more cost-effective. It eliminates the need for scaffolding, gondolas, or rope access, reducing risk to workers and lowering insurance and compliance costs. The system can clean up to 500-800 square metres per hour and operate at heights of 25 storeys, including curved and hard-to-reach surfaces. It’s ideal for housing estates, buildings, and critical infrastructure in high-density urban areas. Drones use cleaning agents that reduce water consumption and environmental impact. Compared to traditional access systems, this solution is approximately 60 to 70 percent faster, 40 percent more cost-effective, and significantly reduces carbon footprint by eliminating the need for heavy equipment. By enabling proactive, affordable, and less disruptive façade maintenance, the solution helps extend the lifespan of buildings. It also improves air quality in surrounding areas by removing organic growth, dust, and pollutant buildup on building surfaces.
