Solution Description

We support events for the following requirements, quite often it is a mix of services depending on the event.

1. Invitation, confirmation and reminder emails (with QR codes): We design these emails, and have a system to sent bulk personalised emails, email name and sender can be the client's email after verification.

2. RSVP and registration forms: Often point 1 also requires some sort of either simple or more complex registration. So guests can do a one click registration for private events or fill out a form, after submission they can receive a confirmation email with QR Code.

3. Check-in App: We also handle the onsite registration with our Check-in App. Guest lists can be uploaded and then guests search by name or any other guest details, you can also scan QR codes for faster check-in. The App has various features to make check-in fast and efficient, including real-time data sync, multiple guest lists.

4. Onsite name badge printing: For certain event we provide a solution to print name badges onsite

5. Equipment rental and onsite support: We rent out printers and tablets as well as Wi-Fi and can have staff onsite to setup and stand by when needed.
