In the customer service department of Fujian Mobile, there are a large number of service complaint work orders. For each service complaint work order from an important customer, customer service staff are required to compile a complaint analysis report and submit it to the management department.
Moreover, there are strict requirements for the content of the complaint analysis report. It is necessary to clearly state when the customer filed the complaint, what the complaint was about, which telecommunications packages the customer was using, how long the customer had been using them, and how the customer service staff handled and responded to the complaint.Since this information is stored in different systems, customer service staff need to query and analyze this information from various systems and summarize it before writing it into the complaint report.
