Business Needs / Challenges

Approximately 1,500 to 2,000 incoming legal documents are received daily for processing. After processing, these documents must be returned to the submission parties intact. The physical documents are moved and processed by operational sections located on different floors within the same building. Although an existing system uses barcodes to record the flow of documents, it becomes challenging when a targeted document is out of sight. Locating a specific document within the office is practically difficult and time-consuming. Additionally, the loss of a legal document may have significant consequences.
